Empty But Blessed

Jesus begins the Beatitudes by blessing the “poor in spirit”—those who admit their complete need for God. True blessing comes not from strength or performance, but from surrender and emptiness. The kingdom of heaven belongs to those who confess they don’t have it all together, because spiritual maturity means growing more dependent on God, not more independent.
