180 YOUTH

A MINISTRY FOR YOUTH IN GRADES 6-12

180 Youth is a place where teens can grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and discover God’s purpose for their lives. Through engaging discussions, Bible study, and fun activities, we encourage students to turn from the world’s ways, live boldly for Christ, and follow Him wholeheartedly. It’s a judgment-free space where everyone is loved, valued, and empowered to deepen their relationship with Jesus.

YOUTH GROUP FAQ's

What does 180 Youth stand for?
Youth 180 encompasses our junior high and high school youth group. 180 stands for turning from the ways of the world and following God.
Who is Youth 180 for?
Youth Group is for anyone currently in 6th-12th grade. You do not have to be a member of Christ Chapel to come!
What does it look like?
We focus on building relationships with each other and Christ. Our evening could include games, music, a lesson and usually snacks!
When does 180 Youth meet?
Youth Group meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. We are here by 6:30, so feel free to come early!
Where do you meet?
Youth 180 meets at Christ Chapel in the Youth 180 room on Wednesday evenings.

We focus on meeting the needs specific to tweens and teens. Join us for a fun evening of growing in Christ! You won't regret it!
What do I need to bring?
Bring your Bible! If you don't have one, let us know and we will give you one when you arrive!

180 YOUTH DIRECTORS

Tim and Jenni Smith have been leading the youth group since 2021. They have a deep passion for teaching youth about Christ’s love and how to live out their faith. Their heart is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where every tween and teen feels loved and accepted just as they are. Youth 180 focuses on turning from the ways of the world and following God. Tim is a mental health counselor, and Jenni owns and operates a floral and apparel business. They have three wonderful children—Olivia, Caleb, and Eliza—and enjoy life together in Fort Recovery, OH.
