Pastor Q. has served in various ministry roles since 2008. After nearly a decade on the East Coast, he came back home to Ohio to lead Christ Chapel in 2018. He is passionate about following Jesus, building community, leading worship, and teaching the Bible in relevant and engaging ways. He also enjoys reading and writing, music, conversation with friends, being outdoors, and going on adventures with his amazing wife, Lydia, high-energy son, Ezra, and spirited daughter, Moriah.

Pastor Brad joined the Christ Chapel team in 2024. With experience as both a youth pastor and lead pastor, he’s passionate about helping people take the next step in their faith, wherever they are in their journey. In his free time, Pastor Brad enjoys working on his school bus conversion, connecting with friends through video games, and unwinding on the porch. Above all, he cherishes quality time with his wife, son, dog, and extended family.
